Lane restrictions are in place this week on Highway 89 in Paulden as ADOT crews continue pavement work between Bramble Drive and Big Chino Road.
North- and southbound traffic is reduced to one lane between Midway Drive and Bramble Drive from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Friday. Flaggers and law enforcement personnel will direct alternating traffic through the work zone.
The speed limit is reduced to 35 miles per hour, and vehicles wider than 12 feet are not permitted during work hours. The lane restrictions will be lifted each day after construction ends.
ADOT urges drivers to plan for delays and use caution in the area while crews mill and repave the highway.
