The Chino Valley Police Department has some new safety gear, thanks to a grant from the 100 Club of Arizona.
Through the club’s Safety Enhancement Stipend program, each officer has received a new traffic vest, helping them to be more visible when conducting traffic stops and other operations on local roads and streets.
The stipend program supports law enforcement agencies statewide by providing funds for equipment and training that are not covered by regular budgets.
Chief Joshua McIntire expressed his gratitude to the 100 Club of Arizona for providing the funding for these traffic vests.
