BMHS Flag Football Mauls Mohave

They had two games last week and got shut out in both of them, so the Bradshaw Mountain flag football team was in the mood to flip the script on somebody. That somebody turned out to be Mohave.

After making the long trip to Bullhead City Tuesday, the Lady Bears’ defense put up a wall that the Lady Thunderbirds could not break through. Bradshaw’s offense also roared back to life as they got the 27-0 victory.

Morgan Gosik threw three touchdown passes, two of them to Kimora Davis. Bryannah Geise also had a touchdown catch. Trista Polley nailed two field goals from 30 and 35 yards. Melanie Carranza recorded two sacks, and Victoria Holliday and Lucy Nache each had an interception.

The win puts Bradshaw Mountain’s record at 3-3 on the season. They are home tomorrow to take on Flagstaff.
