The Groom Creek Fire District took delivery of a new vehicle. Their brand-new Engine 41 has arrived. Built in partnership with U.S. Fire Apparatus, this custom-designed fire engine is larger than its predecessor, offering greater water capacity, advanced technology, and more room for critical rescue gear.
Fire district officials say the new engine is tailored to meet the unique needs of the community. Over the next few weeks, crews will be training on the modern systems to ensure they’re ready when the call comes.
Meanwhile, the previous Engine 41 will remain in service as Engine 42.
