Yavapai College announced they will grant the honorary Key to the College to Jim and Linda Lee for their long-term benevolence and support of the school. Yavapai College President Dr. Lisa Rhine stated the couple’s support has “…enabled the college to grow and provide top-quality education…”
College officials say the Key to the College is a legacy award. They also add the Lees are the fifth party to be honored with the award. Prior recipients include nursing instructor Selina Bliss, former Secretary of State Ken Bennett, State Representative Quang Nguyen, and District Governing Board Chair Ray Sigafoos.
