The controversial Whiskey Row hotel project got approval from the Prescott City Council at Tuesday’s meeting.
There was a bit of confusion just before Council made its final vote:
Mayor Phil Goode and Councilwoman Lois Fruhwirth voted against the hotel, which would consist of 47 rooms in the middle of Whiskey Row.
