Over the past several months, the City of Prescott has worked to install removable bollards at key intersections in downtown. Phase 2 of the project has been completed in time for the Veteran’s Day Parade.
City officials say the bollards will increase safety during parades and other special events. They will also reduce the labor and equipment costs associated with temporary road closures.
