The Prescott City Council discusses the long-term water management plan at its study session Tuesday. That gets underway at 1 p.m. Then at 3 p.m., it’s the voting meeting. Cathey Rusing will be sworn in as the new mayor, and the newly elected members of the City Council will take their seats.
Both meetings take place in City Council Chambers at 201 North Montezuma Street.
