The City of Prescott is moving all campaign finance reporting online starting in 2026 in an effort to increase transparency and simplify the process for candidates and the public.
Beginning next year, candidates and political committees will file quarterly reports through a new web-based platform provided by EasyVote Solutions. Residents will be able to view, search and download every filed report from a single page on the city’s website.
City Clerk Sarah Siep said the switch eliminates paper filings and makes information instantly accessible once reports are submitted. Details, training materials and the new portal link are now live on the City of Prescott election page.
