Discussion on a possible new recreational facility is one of the issues on the agenda for the special meeting of the Prescott Valley Town Council Thursday. The council also discusses the Fairgrounds Re-Imagined project and the proposed Tank Rock harvesting site.
The meeting begins at 3 p.m. in the town library auditorium at 7401 East Skoog Boulevard.
