Crews with the Prescott National Forest are conducting another prescribed burn. This one is taking place in the Bradshaw Ranger District at the Prescott Basin. The goal is to reduce hazardous fuels in the forest. The recent rain and cooler temperatures have made conditions favorable for this burn.
Smoke will be visible throughout the Tri-City area and could settle in valleys during the night. This prescribed burn is expected to continue through January.
