The new year will bring with it lots of new members on the City of Prescott’s boards and commissions. There are several vacancies that need to be filled.
The Community Development Block Grant Advisory Committee has seven empty seats. The Tourism Advisory Committee needs five new members. Four seats are available on the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Prescott Preservation Commission. There are three vacancies on the Fire Board of Appeals and the Building Safety Advisory and Appeals Board. The Board of Adjustment is in need of two new members.
Those interested in applying for any of these seats can go online to Prescott-az.gov and click on Boards and Commissions Vacancies. The deadline to submit an application is January 30th.
