Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office officials say he was more fortunate than most drunk drivers.
This past Monday, deputies responded to a single-vehicle rollover in Seligman off Williamson Valley Road. They found a truck on the side of the road that had flipped over, with the driver sitting on the wheel well. Several opened cans of beer were discovered in and around the vehicle.
The driver suffered only minor injuries. YCSO officials say that is usually not the case for people involved in drunk driving accidents. The driver was arrested for extreme DUI.
