It’s day 18 of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 Program, and authorities are asking for your help in locating fugitive Jorge Bustamante.
Bustamante was found guilty of fraud schemes and three counts of forgery. He was originally placed on probation but has failed to comply with its terms. As a result, a statewide felony warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Jorge Bustamante is 42 years old, stands 5’7, and weighs 150 pounds. His whereabouts are currently unknown, but his last known address was in the Phoenix area.
