In two weeks, the Embry-Riddle baseball team begins its 2026 season at the Coach Calderone Invitational in Mesa. Along with all the veterans, several talented freshmen will be on the roster.
This includes Prescott High School grad Jacob Patterson, who was an all-region selection and was also part of the Badger boys golf team.
Coming across the country is infielder Jake Lokos from Damascus, Maryland. He was a two-time all-county selection and a county all-star selection.
Another infielder, Logan Hudson, was an all CIF first team selection from Bishop Montgomery High School in California.
Also joining the Eagles is pitcher Nick Mora from Temecula, California. He helped lead his team to a section title and received a CIF playoff award.
Pitcher Caleb Braithwaite was an all-conference honorable mention at Meadowdale High School in Lynnwood, Washington, where he was also a member of the chess club.
