Scammers are sending text messages claiming you owe money for a toll violation. They may threaten to suspend your driver’s license or vehicle registration, add collection fees, or even launch legal action.
ADOT says these texts are 100 percent fake. Do not click on any links or provide personal information.
Any Yavapai County residents worried about outstanding fees can safely check their Motor Vehicle Division account at azmvdnow.gov.
