Anti-ICE protestors have pointed to the agency’s use of unmarked cars during its operations. Even here in the Tri-City area, some folks have raised questions and concerns over local law enforcement using undercover and unmarked vehicles.
Prescott Valley Police spokeswoman Amanda Bowers tells The News:

Bowers says if an unmarked car pulls you over and you are unsure it’s an actual police vehicle, call 911 and ask the dispatcher to confirm if the stop is legitimate.
