The latest phase of Yavapai Silent Witness’ Catch 22 program was a rousing success. Several featured fugitives are behind bars, and law enforcement appears to be closing in on some more.

Miller says one Catch 22 suspect was arrested in Texas. When a Catch 22 suspect is arrested, the person who sent in the tip receives a $1,000 cash reward.
