Last month, Yavapai County Community Health Services put out a community health survey. The survey intends to provide YCCHS with a picture of residents’ experiences and community needs. YCCHS officials initially announced the survey would close on January 7th; however, they have decided to leave the survey open for a few more days.
Residents can take the survey by visiting the Yavapai County Community Health Services website.
