The Prescott City Council will have a follow-up to its strategic planning workshop at a special study session Tuesday. The council will also look at debt funding options for utility projects identified in the 2024 rate study.
The meeting gets underway at 1 p.m. in City Council Chambers at 201 North Montezuma Street.
