Some construction work is scheduled in downtown Prescott. Starting next Tuesday, Combs Construction will start concrete repair work at downtown intersections where bollards were installed last fall.
The project will focus on the areas near Montezuma and Goodwin Streets, as well as Goodwin and Cortez. Work will be staggered one intersection at a time to keep traffic and pedestrian access open.
Construction hours are weekdays from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Traffic will continue to flow on Montezuma and Cortez Streets, and all businesses will remain accessible throughout the project.
Drivers and pedestrians are asked to follow posted signage and plan for possible delays. The schedule is weather dependent and may change.
