The public spoke for nearly three hours at Tuesday’s Prescott City Council meeting, bringing up their concerns over a plan for pipeline and roadway improvements along Highway 89.
After all that talking, the council decided to postpone a vote on the contract for the work. Mayor Cathey Rusing explains:
