A wet start to the week for Yavapai County.
According to the County Flood Control District, White Spar Campground received 1.34 inches of rain Monday. Goldwater Lake got 1.30 inches. Lynx Lake and Prescott Heights both had 1.18 inches. Downtown Prescott received 1.06 inches. Sierra Prieta got 0.91 inches. Outer Loop Road had 0.87 inches. Pine Ridge Marketplace and Yarnell both received 0.83 inches. Thumb Butte got 0.79 inches. Prescott Valley, Cordes Junction, Black Canyon City, and Bagdad all had a little over half an inch of rain. Fain Lake and Ash Fork both received 0.47 inches. Camp Verde and Sedona both got 0.43 inches. Watson Lake and Prescott Country Club both had 0.39 inches. Williamson Valley and Cottonwood both received 0.35 inches. Chino Valley and Mayer both got 0.28 inches, and Willow Lake and Seligman both had 0.12 inches of rain.
Another rainy day is on tap for the tri-city area, as the National Weather Service is calling for a 30-percent chance of showers.
