Officials with Yavapai County Community Health Services announced Primal Supplements Group is voluntarily recalling its Primal Herbs Volume. The recall affects all orders placed between July 2nd and September 19th, 2025. The recall comes after an FDA laboratory analysis confirmed the supplements contained undeclared sildenafil. Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra which is restricted for use under the supervision of a licensed health care professional.
They say the ingredient may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs and can lower individual’s blood pressure to dangerous levels. Residents who placed an order between July 2nd and September 19th, 2025 should stop taking the supplement immediately.
