If you know someone in Yavapai County who goes above and beyond preserving our state’s history, you can nominate them for the annual Al Mérito Award. The Arizona Historical Society is taking nominations for the award, which recognizes those who are dedicated to protecting and sharing Arizona’s heritage with future generations. Nominees should demonstrate a strong commitment to historical preservation, education, and community engagement.
All nominations must be typed and submitted by email by April 30th. Completed nomination forms should be sent to membership at azhs.gov.
