Daytime lane restrictions are in place this week on I-17 near Camp Verde and Munds Park. ADOT crews are installing new digital message signs as part of an ongoing traffic technology project.
Northbound I-17 will be reduced to one lane near the Highway 260 interchange in Camp Verde from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Wednesday. Meanwhile, southbound I-17 will be narrowed to one lane near Munds Park from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. through tomorrow.
ADOT officials advise motorists to plan ahead, expect delays, and allow for extra travel time through the work zones. The signs are part of a broader effort to enhance driver communication and safety along the I-17 corridor.
