The Prescott City Council took a step toward getting more affordable housing units in the city. At a special meeting Tuesday, the council approved an agreement for the Lakeview Grove apartment complex on Lakeview Plaza Lane.
Omar Sarik, the developer of the project, explained:
The vote on the development agreement was unanimous.
