Animal control officers from the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office rescued 12 dogs suffering from mange at a home in Congress.
YCSO spokesman Paul Wick tells The News the officers were initially called to the home on March 18th:
The owner of the residence was cited for animal cruelty.
