Local scoreboard from yesterday, the Bradshaw Mountain girls tennis team drubbed Goldwater 8-1.
At the Chino Valley track and field multi-meet, Prescott’s Gavin Fox was second in the boys 1,600 meter run and Summer Lowden won the girls shot put. Bradshaw Mountain’s 4-by-100 boys relay placed first. Melanie Carranza won the girls 100 meter hurdles. Chino’s Maddux Brashier was first in the boys 110 meter hurdles, and Jayden Vander Molen placed first in the girls high jump.
Two Embry-Riddle softball players earned nice honors. Claire Streeter was named the GSAC Pitcher of the Week. In addition, Ryan Da Costa was named the conference Player of the Week.
