Recently, the Town of Prescott Valley has been working to upgrade streetlights to LED lights.

Handley reports the town is also preparing to add new lights to the unlit intersection at Old Black Canyon Highway and Stoneridge Drive.
Prescott Valley Town Manager Gilbert Davidson adds the natural light of the LEDs is safer for visually impaired drivers than the current lights.
