Officials with the Town of Chino Valley announced the construction of a new 40-unit apartment complex is underway, resulting in a series of road closures and lane restrictions. The project is located at the northwest corner of East Road 1 North and Peppertree Place.
East Road 1 North may experience lane restrictions between North Road 1 East and Allerton Way. Allerton Way may experience closures between East Road 1 North and Stratford Place. Peppertree Place may be closed between East Road 1 North and the north end of the project. Town officials say closures and lane restrictions may be present throughout the duration of construction.
They add construction is expected to last through the end of May. Drivers are asked to comply with traffic control devices, flagging personnel, and detour signs.
