These two teams showed they are the best among their intra-county rivals. At Thursday’s Yavapai County Track and Field Championships, Bradshaw Mountain placed first on the boys side and Prescott got the win on the girls side.
Badger coach Austin Turner tells The News:
For Prescott, Summer Louden was first in the shot put and Will Townsend won the boys 800-meter run.
For Bradshaw Mountain, Kaden Espinosa won the boys 110- and 300-meter hurdles, and the boys 4×100 and 4×400 relays placed first.
For Chino Valley, Eliana Metz won the girls 800, 1,600, and 3,200-meter runs, and Matt Sibole was first in the boys javelin.
