The Prescott City Council Monday got an overview of its new budget at a special workshop.
City Finance Director Lars Johnson points out while city employees will get a cost of living adjustment, they, and the city government, will be shelling out more for health insurance:
Johnson adds liability insurance for the city is up 13 percent and the cost for facilities maintenance is up 10 percent.
