It’s been vacant for years, but the property next to the Office Cantina on Cortez Street will have new tenants in the near future. At its meeting Tuesday, the Prescott City Council approved a water services agreement for the building at 130 North Cortez Street.

Also at Tuesday’s meeting, the City Council voted 5-2 to hire the consulting firm H-R Green to help revise the city general plan. Councilmen Ted Gambogi and Jay Ruby were the “no” votes.
