Local scoreboard from yesterday, the Prescott girls tennis team fell to Arcadia 5-1 in the opening round of the 4A Conference state tournament. Mandy Hirasa picked up the Lady Badgers’ lone win.
The Chino Valley golf team finished second at the Williams multi-meet, two shots behind the host school. Brody Sandberg posted a 41.
The Bradshaw Mountain boys volleyball team got swept by Crismon 3-0.
At the Mustang Last Chance track and field meet, Prescott’s Caleb Fox was third in the pole vault. Bradshaw Mountain’s Kaden Espinosa won the boys 110-meter hurdles. Chino Valley’s Matt Sibole was second in the boys javelin.

Also in play-in round action today, the Prescott softball team hosts Walden Grove, the Bradshaw Mountain baseball team is at Ironwood Ridge, the Bradshaw Mountain softball team is at Thunderbird, and the Chino Valley baseball team is at Thatcher.
In addition, the Prescott boys tennis team is at Eastmark for the opening round of team state.
