A brand of hot cocoa is the subject of a recall. Yavapai County Community Health Services announced Ghirardelli Chocolate is recalling three of its powdered beverage mixes, including premium hot cocoa mix, sweet ground powder chocolate and cocoa, and chocolate flavored frappe mix.
The recall is due to potential salmonella contamination. Anyone who has purchased any of these beverage mixes should either throw them out or return them to the store where they purchased them.
