When it comes to overall funding, Prescott ranks in the lower percentile of school districts not only in Arizona, but in the country. Prescott School Superintendent Clark Tenney says that’s why a bond override is needed.
He tells The News :
Five percent of the bond override would go to staff salaries and the other two percent would go to reducing class sizes.
