He had a very impressive season at the plate, and the ACCAC recognized him for it. Tarrell Reid of the Yavapai College baseball team received the conference’s Silver Slugger Award. This season he batted .380 with seven home runs, 32 RBIs, 60 hits, and a .608 slugging percentage. He also made the All-Conference First Team. In addition, Matt Peterson was named to the ACCAC Gold Glove Team. He had a .985 fielding percentage at third base.
The Yavapai College softball team also took home some All-Conference honors. Georgia Wagner-Stiles and Danica Kern were First Team selections. Wagner-Stiles hit .380 with 28 RBIs and Kern batted .412 with 26 RBIs, 43 runs scored, and 14 stolen bases. Tamryn Tucker snagged All-Conference Second Team honors. She hit .364 with two homers and 36 RBIs.
