Prescott-area drivers will have to deal with overnight lane restrictions on one stretch of Highway 69. ADOT crews have resumed a road safety project after a winter shutdown.
Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction between Lee Boulevard and Walker Road from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., Sunday nights through Friday mornings. ADOT officials say drivers should slow down and use extra caution around construction crews and equipment while traveling through the work zone.
The project is about 60 percent complete. Remaining work includes milling, micro-sealing the pavement, final striping, and other improvements. The project should be finished sometime this summer.
