The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors got briefed on some of the adjustments made to the proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year. One change involved some road projects.
County Budget Manager Kevin Forbes says:
The cost for the Copper Basin Road paving project has increased from $750,000 to 1.2 million dollars. The proposed pedestrian improvements to Prescott East Highway rose from two million dollars to 2.5 million. Meanwhile, the scoping project for the Walnut Creek Bridge went down in price.
