The Yavapai County Mounted Sheriff’s Posse is giving several graduated seniors some help with their college finances. The group awarded more than $50,000 in scholarships to 48 students across Yavapai County. Eighteen of those students are from the Tri-City area, spread out between Prescott High School, Bradshaw Mountain High School, BASIS Prescott, Trinity College Prep, and homeschoolers.
Since 1959, the Yavapai County Mounted Sheriff’s Posse has given out more than $750,000 in scholarships.
