One option was an internal review, the other was to hire a consultant. That’s what the Prescott City Council was presented with at Tuesday’s study session when it came to determining a rate increase for solid waste collection.
Councilwoman Lois Fruhwirth said:
Solid waste fees could go up four percent under the proposal.
