Prescott’s Civic Enhancement Committee will recommend who will get Acker Trust money at its meeting Thursday. Eight organizations are vying for the funds, including the Prescott Bluegrass Festival, the Festival of Trees, and Prescott Alternative Transportation. The committee’s recommendations will be forwarded to the City Council for final approval.
The meeting starts at 2:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers at 201 North Montezuma Street.
