A Fire Weather Watch has been issued by the National Weather Service. It covers a large portion of Arizona, including Yavapai County. This is due to the current dry conditions in the area, high temperatures, and possible high winds.
Everyone is urged to be careful with anything that can produce a flame or a spark to prevent a wildfire from breaking out. You should also prepare a go bag and top off your car’s fuel tank in case you need to evacuate.
As a reminder, Yavapai County is under Stage One fire restrictions.
