Yavapai Silent Witness is offering a $10,000 reward for information on the whereabouts of Shayna Feinman. She was last seen in the Peach Springs/Hyde Park area of Seligman on March 9. It is believed she was heading to a friend’s house on foot but never arrived at her destination. The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office reports Feinman’s cellphone was found at a nearby property, but the people who last saw her are not cooperating in the investigation.
Feinman was last seen wearing sweatpants with athletic-type shorts over them, a hoodie, and green hiking boots. Shayna is described as a white female, 5-foot-4, 140 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair.
