Years ago, it was the site of the Senator Drive-In Theater. But soon it could be the location of a small subdivision. At its meeting Thursday, the Prescott Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the preliminary plat for the Senator Cottages along Senator Highway. It would consist of 37 units on an eleven-acre parcel and could have up to 50-percent open space. But what about the Senator Drive-In sign that remains on the site?
