This is the final week the City of Prescott is offering its free brush drop-off program. Residents can get rid of their yard debris at no cost. The city’s free brush drop-off program wraps up this Saturday at the Prescott Transfer Station at 2800 Sundog Ranch Road from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. You must show proof of City of Prescott residency with either a driver’s license or utility bill to participate in this program. Brush must not be put in bags.
The city is offering this program as an incentive for residents to create defensible space around their homes in the event of a wildfire.
