Two men were arrested in separate incidents by the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office for soliciting sex acts from 16-year-old girls. YCSO officials report 68-year-old John Hobbs from Payson and 25-year-old August Chadborn from Prescott offered to pay the girls for sex acts, but PANT human trafficking detectives were able to intercept the men at their respective designated meeting places. The detectives also found evidence of the alleged solicitation and child sex trafficking.
Both men were arrested and booked into jail.
