More recognition for members of the Cal Pac champion Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University softball team. Three players were named to the National Fast-Pitch Coaches Association All-Region Four team. Leah Salas was a first team selection. She batted .374 this season and led the conference in home runs with 12, RBIs with 44, and slugging percentage at .848.
Emma Almadoba and Autumn Sulusi both landed on the all-region second team. Almadoba was the Cal Pac player of the year and the Cal Pac batting champion with a .435 average. She also led the conference with a .496 on-base percentage.
Sulusi was tops in the Cal Pac in doubles with 15 and also led the conference in total bases with 86.
All three players will be back with Embry-Riddle next season.
