Three new coaches will be at Prescott High School for the 2024-2025 school year. Taking over the varsity baseball team is Jason “Hutch” Hutchens. He had been the head coach at Apache Junction for the past four years. Prior to that, he was an assistant coach at Campo Verde and coached several youth teams.
The girls’ golf team also has a new head coach. Justin Henderson has taken over the squad. He has been a PGA professional for 35 years and is currently the general manager for Antelope Hills Golf Course in Prescott. Henderson also has been the captain of the Prescott Area PGA Junior League for the past nine years.
Finally, Ryan Hart becomes the very first head coach for the brand-new Prescott girls’ flag football team. He has been coaching youth flag football teams for boys and girls for the past six years.
